MMBB assisted Abstractive in the creation of a new mobility policy. Based on Abstractive’s needs, rules were established and described in detail in a comprehensive document. This document serves as a reference for Abstractive and provides employees with the necessary explanations.

This new mobility policy formed the foundation for implementing the mobility budget at Abstractive. MMBB prepared the necessary standard documents that needed to be signed during the implementation of the mobility budget.

The management of the mobility budget was entrusted to Olympus Mobility, in collaboration with MMBB. MMBB validates and archives reimbursement requests to comply with legal requirements and potential audits.

Thierry Devresse patiently answered all our questions about the mobility budget and provided thorough explanations. The project was only finalized after its full implementation and Abstractive’s complete satisfaction.
