The countries of departure and arrival must be within the EEA. Transportation can be for the employee, family members, or friends.
The invoice or payment must be in the employee's name.
All taxis and ride-sharing services within the EEA are eligible for reimbursement: Uber, Lyft, BlaBlaCar, Ride Guru, Moovit...
WHAT CANNOT BE REIMBURSED
Your employer may have disabled this option.
Reimbursement requests for payments made in the previous calendar year.
Reimbursement requests with a payment date earlier than the employee's mobility budget start date.
Scans of tickets without a fare or payment proof.
