WHAT CAN BE REIMBURSED

The countries of departure and arrival must be within the EEA. Transportation can be for the employee, family members, or friends.

  • The invoice or payment must be in the employee's name.

  • All taxis and ride-sharing services within the EEA are eligible for reimbursement: Uber, Lyft, BlaBlaCar, Ride Guru, Moovit...


WHAT CANNOT BE REIMBURSED

  • Your employer may have disabled this option.

  • Reimbursement requests for payments made in the previous calendar year.

  • Reimbursement requests with a payment date earlier than the employee's mobility budget start date.

  • Scans of tickets without a fare or payment proof.


Not all possibilities or restrictions are detailed here. In case of contradictions between documents or doubts about reimbursement, contact your mobility manager.
